Statue of Queen Victoria in The Lahore Museum
Queen Victoria (1819-1910) was queen of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. She was proclaimed Empress of India in 1876. This bronze statue of Queen Victoria wearing her Honiton lace apron was first displayed in Charing Cross (Faisal Chowk) Lahore under the marble canopy. But later it was replace with with stoned replica of Quran and it was shifted to the Lahore Museum in 1974.
